Limited $300 beta diagnostic
Show me the messy process. I'll help find the leverage.
This is not an AI course, and it is not an unlimited custom build. It is a guided diagnostic for the real work already in front of you: the repeated admin, awkward customer handoff, messy spreadsheet, slow estimate, tool decision, or process that keeps eating attention.
If you already have one specific task in mind, great. We can start there. If not, we find the leverage together and leave you with a practical map for what to do next.
Why work with me
I translate messy business work into practical AI-assisted systems.
Operator, not spectator. I have been using AI heavily since December 2022, when ChatGPT made the tools practical for regular work. Since then, I have spent thousands of hours with ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Codex, and agent-style coding systems.
Business plus technical judgment. I have worked across sales, help desk, project work, network/security engineering, platform engineering, and AI-assisted production work where mistakes matter.
I keep the work in charge. The skill is not magic prompts. It is seeing the process, asking better questions, choosing the right level of tool, checking the output, and turning a useful move into something repeatable.
About me
I help people name the real problem before they chase another AI tool.
The hard part is not opening another AI tool. The hard part is seeing the work as a system: inputs, steps, outputs, bottlenecks, handoffs, repeated decisions, and places where a simple tool would remove drag.
Most owner-operators do not need a giant AI strategy. They need someone to sit with them, watch how the work actually happens, translate the mess into systems language, and point at the next highest-value move.
That is what this diagnostic is for: find where AI, software, or a simple process can help you communicate, research, decide, organize, automate, or build without turning your business into a science project.
What we can map
AI becomes useful first in the work your business already repeats.
You do not have to show up with the perfect automation idea. Show me the part of the business that feels slow, confusing, repetitive, or annoying. We will find the leverage from there.
Good starting points
- Inventory intake, pricing, batch uploads, records, and fulfillment steps.
- Estimates, scopes, contracts, material lists, and customer explanations.
- Parent, customer, client, or team communication that keeps repeating.
- Forms, spreadsheets, files, meeting notes, policies, and messy information.
- Software decisions, tool comparisons, API possibilities, and next steps.
- Beginner AI orientation when the highest-leverage move is learning what is possible.
Communicate
Emails, customer replies, parent messages, review responses, FAQs, and follow-ups.
Organize
Files, notes, forms, spreadsheets, policies, records, inventory, and scattered business context.
Research
Compare tools, vendors, prices, options, risks, and next steps before spending money.
Create
Estimates, scopes, presentations, websites, social posts, instructions, and marketing material.
Repeat
Reusable prompts, checklists, reminders, handoff notes, and simple AI-assisted routines.
Map systems
Find what should be a prompt, checklist, spreadsheet, database, app, automation, or plain human step.
How the diagnostic works
We find the leverage before making anything complicated.
Discovery call
You walk me through one messy part of the business. With your permission, I record so I can review the details instead of relying on memory.
Analysis + research
I review the notes, identify bottlenecks, research realistic tools or approaches, and look for the highest-leverage next move.
Findings call
We walk through what I found, what I would fix first, what to avoid, and what the next practical step should be.
Leverage map
You get a tailored packet with the workflow summary, top opportunities, first-win recommendation, and next steps.
What you leave with
You leave with a practical AI Systems Leverage Map.
The goal is not to bury you in tools. The goal is to understand the work, name the leverage, and give you something useful to act on after the calls.
- Current workflow summary in plain English
- Pain points and bottlenecks identified
- Highest-leverage opportunity to address first
- Recommended AI, software, or simple-system approach
- Quick wins you can try without a big build
- Risks, boundaries, and what not to automate yet
- Next 30-day action plan
- AI essentials guide for your current level

What this diagnostic is, and what it is not.
This is a diagnostic and practical advisory session. It does not include unlimited implementation, open-ended tech support, or a promise to rebuild your business for $300.
We may create prompts, templates, checklists, process notes, or a simple first-win version together if that fits. Deeper setup, automation, custom software, team training, or ongoing support is separate and scoped after the diagnostic.
Recording + privacy
You can choose a replay. Your business information stays protected.
If you want a replay, we can record the session. Recording is optional, and we can pause it any time.
I will not use, post, sell, or share your recording, screenshots, business information, financial details, customer information, or private context without your explicit permission.
If sensitive material comes up, we will use sample data, anonymized examples, or a safer workflow before putting anything into an AI tool.

Quick answers
FAQ
What should I bring?
Bring a messy process, repeated task, workflow, software decision, customer handoff, spreadsheet, estimate, policy, checklist, research question, or business area that keeps creating drag.
What if I do not know what to automate?
That is normal. You do not need to name the solution before we start. Show me how the work happens now, and part of the diagnostic is deciding whether the next move is AI, a prompt, a spreadsheet, a form, a database, a checklist, a tool, or nothing automated yet.
What happens after I pay?
Stripe redirects you to a confirmation page with the prep form. You will also get the same next-step information by email. Once I review your prep answers, I send the next step for scheduling the discovery call.
Can we do this in person?
Online is easiest and usually fastest. Local in-person sessions can be arranged when it makes sense for the business, the task, and the schedule.
What if my task involves private information?
Do not send passwords, API keys, banking details, SSNs, customer secrets, or sensitive records. If private details are involved, we can use placeholders, sample data, anonymized examples, or pause recording.
Will you build the whole system for me?
Not in the diagnostic. The diagnostic identifies the leverage, gives you the map, and may include a small first win if it fits. Custom builds, automations, team training, and ongoing support are separate and scoped afterward.
Do I need a paid AI subscription first?
Not always. Free tools can be enough for a first session. If a paid tool would clearly help, we will choose based on your goal, not because you need every shiny subscription.
